Nithyasre brings over 10 years of yoga teaching experience across schools, colleges and public classes. She holds a Master's degree in Yoga, making her a knowledgeable and dedicated instructor passionate about guiding students on their wellness journey.

Q1. What are the prerequisites for joining SYFY Yoga?
There are no prerequisites required. Our classes are designed to be accessible to everyone—even if you have no prior experience. The classes are targeted towards people aged 50 and over. Others are also welcome to join if interested.

Q2: I have knee pain or other medical conditions. Can I still join?
Yes. Our sessions are gentle and accommodating for individuals with medical conditions. Most of our asanas involve simple stretching and breathing exercises. If you have specific concerns, please contact us for personalized guidance.

Q3: Do I need any special technical equipment to join the class?
No special equipment is needed as such. All our classes are held on Google Meet, which you can access using a smartphone or laptop. We recommend joining from a space with sufficient room and minimal distractions. A Google meet link is provided before each class which should help you to access the classes with just a single click.
Q4: I don’t know how to use Google Meet. Will that be an issue?
With the current technology, Google Meet is designed to be simple and user-friendly for all ages. In addition to providing a clickable link, we offer detailed instructions to help you join. If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.
Q5: Should I purchase any yoga equipment, such as a yoga mat or yoga wear?
We believe in a simple experience for all our students. Any mat you already have at home, along with a sturdy chair, is sufficient. For attire, we suggest wearing loose, comfortable clothing. While we recommend chudidars, a saree or any outfit you’re comfortable with will work just as well.
Q6: What is the pricing structure?
The first three classes are free, and subsequent classes are available on a monthly subscription basis. Please contact us for more details on pricing.
